Payment and delivery
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer in advance, before shipping. In the case of custom production, we require payment before production.
In some cases, payment by cash on delivery is possible upon agreement. This method is possible especially for smaller orders.

Delivery
We send shipments via Slovak Post as soon as possible. We ship within three business days after receiving payment (in exceptional cases, the time may be longer and we inform customers about this).
Personal pickup is not possible.
