You don't have to, the public area for guests can look nice even without the photos you are directly in. For example, you can use pictures of wedding decorations or you don't have to use photos at all.

There are many possibilities. First of all, information useful for guests - when and where to arrive, where is the best parking, what gifts they should definitely not bring to you, where to find available accommodation, what the wedding day program will look like, vote of thanks, prayers, everything possible - you will definitely find more things to use here. You can also use photos - how you met, how you prepare for the wedding day etc.

You will know everything you need about each guest - whether he comes, whether he needs accommodation, whether he wants a regular or children's portion, or whether he has any allergies or intolerances to food or any other notes. You will also have general statistics for the whole wedding + the you can use export (for example, for chefs).

Payment

For now, it is only possible to make a payment by bank transfer. After creating the order, you will receive instructions and after payment you will have access to your event.

We make this service so you can enjoy it and to help you better manage your big day. If you find out that the service does not meet your expectations and does not make you happy, contact us, please. We will be happy to hear from you, either we will negotiate a compromise with you or we will refund your money. If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of paying for the order, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and we will refund your money. In other words, we guarantee that you will be satisfied 😊.

You will have the service available for 1 year from the date of the wedding. If the wedding is in 2 years, it means that for 1 fee you will have up to 2+1 = 3 years. If the date changes, the service is still available for 1 year from the wedding date. However, there is one limitation, the service will be available for a maximum of 4 years from payment for the order.

If you cancel the wedding for any reason, contact us, we will find a suitable replacement (but we will not find you a new partner, so keep an eye on the current one 😉).

Other

We are constantly improving this service and it requires a lot of effort. If you order it, you will support us in this effort and we will be able to continue to bring many improvements that we are preparing for you. The price isn't high, and it's just a one-time fee for the entire wedding. You will also receive all updates we bring over time.

All personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR. We do it for you and we try to do it as honestly as possible. For more information about privacy policy, see the Privacy Policy section.

Yes, it's easy. In the invitation you write them the url of your site + a specific password for the whole family / group (automatically generated by the system). After entering the password, they will see the members of this group to which the invitation applies and can mark their participation. If they later change their mind or want to change other details, they can log in again with their password and adjust what they need. Adjustments are possible until a date you specify, and guests are notified of this option in advance.

After the deadline, they can only check their participation and they will be informed that they can only change by contacting you directly. You will be able to tell the number of guests wherever you need just in time + the number of portions of food. You don't have to call everyone to ask if they're coming, the fixed date on the site will be more respected and you'll just watch statistics how many guests will come.

Most people can handle it easily, but we also think of your less computer-savvy guests. In the administration you can easily change the information about their participation for them, so you will have statistics about all the guests of the wedding up to date. If someone also calls you and tells you the information, for example orally, you can mark it for them and you will still have an up-to-date overview.

No. Prepare information in advance and guests looking for it can read it whenever they need it. Just before the wedding, they will not ask you the same questions - where should they come, where they have accommodation they can stay in and so on, but they will find everything they need on the site.
